Cobalt Polymers partners with HnG Medical to expand customer access to heat shrink tubing in Asia

In the next step of our growth and expansion, we recently announced an exclusive, multi-year agreement with HnG Medical Inc. to distribute our Heat Shrink Tubing products in Asia. This agreement will help us to better serve our customers in Asia with local representation and local access to tubing samples and inventory.

HnG Medical represents U.S. and European component suppliers and equipment manufacturers to many top-tier medical device manufacturers in Asian markets, leveraging local languages and market understanding to provide marketing, sales, customer service, and technical support. HnG will represent Cobalt in China, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

With the opening of our new manufacturing facility in Northern California, we have plenty of manufacturing capacity, making this the perfect time to expand our footprint in Asia. Customers will have the flexibility of working with HnG Medical as a technical sales liaison to Cobalt, or purchasing directly from HnG within their country to simplify customs, shipping, and other logistics, at no additional cost.

Our partners at HnG are experts in heat shrink tubing and provide a wide range of complementary device components to some of the largest multinational OEM customers with facilities in China and other Asian countries. We’re confident they’ll do an outstanding job of helping customers to understand our products and how they fit into their interventional device designs.
